WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
$20 per person (minimum of 4 people required)
Learn how to apply the principles of the Integrative Movement System to any activity!
This program is designed to compliment any work you have done with a trained therapist or health professional
A balanced exercise program guided by a skilled, professional trainer will help you to:
· Improve and maintain muscle strength
· Improve and develop co-ordination to reduce the risk of falls
· Care for your joints and muscles to avoid pain and stiffness
· Condition your heart and circulatory system for energy and stamina
· Help you maintain a healthy body weight
· We’ll make exercise F.U.N. (Functional Uplifting Necessary) relating to real life movements that real people need every day
· Provide the accountability and tracking to help you form exercise habits that last a lifetime not a lunchtime.
· Focus on sensible nutrition that nourishes your mind, body and spirit without alien ingredients, denial or deprivation
