Not sure if IMS is for you? Gather some friends for a fun workshop to learn more about the process. 2 hours of fun, learning and a little activity.

 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  • What is optimal and non-optimal posture and movement.
  • Breathing: It's not just about air! Learn techniques you can use to improve stability and your pelvic floor.
